Established the network’s twelve binding articles, the eight-question governing test, public amendment requirements, and Michael Hendrick’s present authority as sole author and decider.
Reason: The network needed a small set of rules sturdy enough to govern editorial, product, commercial, and live-event decisions across all four sites.
